About Our Next Estate Sale

OUR NEXT SALE WILL BE IN SACRAMENTO AT 2531 Ione Street, off El Camino and near Eastern.  THE SALE WILL START ON FRIDAY, OCTOBER 31ST Thru SATURDAY NOVEMBER 1ST.  The hours are our normal 8 A.M. till 2 P.M.

Friday everything is 20% off and Saturday many items will be 50% off, except large furniture items, clothing, jewelry and some paintings and signed prints.   THIS SALE WILL BE HELD RAIN OR SHINE!!!!!

Email to those on our mailing list will be out Wednesday, October29th -- look for it in your mail.  This is the second phase of this residence sale as there was just too much to put out the first sale, so we stored it and are bringing lots more out at this sale. Listed below are the major categories in this sale, but there is always more that we uncover at the last moment.  

This is very wide appeal sale with nice antique furniture, some really excellent paintings and prints, many general figurines, a ton of dolls and even more gem and costume jewelry.

From Downtown Area: Take Highway 80 East to El Camino Ave, turn right at Watt Ave and look for Ione (turn left) right before the strip center before light and before Eastern.

From Carmichael, Rancho, Folsom:  Take Highway 50 West to Watt Ave North.   Right on El Camino and watch for Ione (left) just before the strip shopping center and just before light.

This is the same home we had the estate sale at two weeks ago, however, because there was so much and not enough room for everything to be displayed, we were forced to "hide" about 20 boxes of "things" that will be out at this sale.
