Carved wood matchsafe, Switzerland

Beautiful hand-carved souvenir matchsafe from the RigiKulm mountain in Switzerland. Top swivels to side to reveal striker (striker worn from use), then slides open to show matches. Carving on top says "Rigikulm" on a banner over mountain wildflowers. Measures 2 1/2 by 1 1/4 inches. Dates from the late 1800's, in nice condition, no chips or cracks in the wood carving.
