WONDERFUL GERMAN HANDCARVED WHISTLER 1920

This is a wonderful handcarved German Music Figure that whistles Octa Leiber and turns his head. He is 13" tall to the top of the carving and to the top of the light he is 17-1/4". The light is a purplish glass, but it is not connected. You can hear some noise but the whistle is nice and clear. The carving is unusually good. Two toes are showing. He has a bottle in his pocket .
