Fabulous Collage Brooch - Unidentified Designer

This brooch was part of an estate and has some fabulous beads and findings all wired onto a filigree base. It measures 2-1/4" in diameter. I'm sure the pin back has been replaced at some point (not recently) but that doesn't affect the uniqueness of this item. Think designer ??? who????........ more
