Item Description:
A gorgeous satin finish milk glass biscuit jar in the Cosmos pattern. Pale Pink flowers with light green leaves, all hand painted. The jar measures 7-3/4" high to top of lid and 7" wide at widest point. Silverplate rim and lid. There are slots in the rim of the lid where I believe there was once a handle. No manufacturers markings that I can find but I believe it is Mt. Washington glass. This came from an estate here in WV. No cracks or chips but a few "scuffs" that the buyer may or may not want to remove. I have not tried to clean it up in any way. Beautiful piece.
