Maxfield Parrish "Hilltop" print from House of Art, New York 1926-1927. Most likely the original deco frame with gold highlights, geso and gold edge trim under glass.
Two young women recline on a rocky hilltop. Behind them stands a grand old oak tree. Distant mountains adorn the background. Print is in fair condition with some pinhead brown spots. We may remove old paper backing and see if this is on the glass or the print.
Issued in December 1926 or early 1927 as a color art reproduction by The House of Art.
