Unique sterling silver ring measuring 3/4" across the top. It has a single amber cabochon. The top opens up to a small compartment that was used in antiquity for poisons. The top has a small latch on the side keeping it closed. This is a size 7. Rings have been worn almost since the beginning of fascination with adornment of the body.
