Very unusual pair of Art Deco Egyptian Women Figural Lamps done in spelter cast.
Lamps are in very good condition with one small chip just below the socket on one of the figures. This is hardly noticeable and would be hidden with a shade. Also, some shiny spots here and there where the finish has been rubbed off the patina. Again, not dimishing the overall look of the lamps. Keep in mind these lamps are over 80 years old. We believe new sockets and cords were added sometime in the past and are in good working order.
Outline of figures is very sharp and clear.
Color is a greyish black in a matte or non shiny finish.
Mark on bottom shows an "RF" within diamond sqaure and below that "Paris".
The lamps each weigh over 2 pounds and measures 15 inches x 3 1/2 inches.
Very unique lamps and with the right shades should be stunning.
