This is Miss "France" Madame Alexander Doll # 590 from 1982.
Dressed in a smart black and white pin stripe skirt with a lower overk-skirt and bodice. White blouse and mop cap with black ribbon accents.
Mint in box with hang tag and back cloth tag, but no tissue.
