Vintage Silver and Turquoise Perfume Necklace

Unusual vintage perfume/scent bottle necklace features a 30" pewter color chain with a 2-1/4" silvertone bottle with designs on both sides accented with a turquoise cabochon. Top is accented with a turquoise cabochon also and  pulls out to reveal daubber inside. There is a ring on the side of the lid where I imagine there was a chain to keep the top safe and attached to the chain, but it is absent from the piece. Would be easy to take a piece of the chain and use it to attach to the top. This has no markings at all. The bottle does test some silver content, but not sterling.
