A marvelous vintage Coalport Reproduction Porcelain and Brass Double Inkwell in Flo Blue type design.
This is about as it gets with a combination of porcelain and brass.
Inkwell is in excellent condition with crackling which is to be expected and adds to its ambiance.
A very slight 1/4" gap exists at the bottom of one wells, which is not at all noticeable and may go back to original combining of the well to the base as it was not exposed to any breakage with the brass leaf protecting it.
