A rare find ! This is a pair of DeRosa sterling silver rhinestone buckles. Pave set rhinestone on the top and lightly signed on the backs. They are slightly concave and measure 1-1/2 x 2". They are in good condition with the exception of needing a few of the rhinestones replaced.
