This large Weiss brooch ia absolutely amazing! It almost lights up a room with its brilliance.
This brooch measures 2-1/2" inches in diameter with a mixture if large and small chaton, baguette, and emerald cut Austrian rhinestones. It has four levels, each hand-hooked to the next for a total height of 3/4" (excluding the clasp section). All is in a hand-pronged, silvertone setting.
The oval cartouche on the back reads "WEISS" in block letters, dating the piece to the early 1950's.
There is a slight aging patina in a couple of the stones, however even that does not stop this brooch from being absolutely dazzling! There are no chips or nicks in the stones.
This wonderful Weiss brooch will be a beautiful addition to your collection, and what a statement it will make on a jacket or coat, and stunning fora wedding!
