The shipping cost is $5.75 for Priority Mail Flat Rate with Delivery Confirmation.

Insurance is extra based on the value.  Insurance is at your option and is recommended; otherwise I cannot accept any responsibility for damage.  I try to ship next day if possible.

In keeping with the Ohio Sales Tax Law for Ohio customers:

I am required to collect and report sales tax county by county. Therefore, I will need your county in order to calculate the sales tax due. On any sales to dealers, you will need to provide me with an authentic signed exemption certificate with your vendor's license number.
