REFUND POLICY:

Your satisfaction is important! All attempts are made to fully describe every item, noting any flaws seen. I am always glad to answer any questions you might have prior to ordering; just email me at msannie@zoominternet.net.

All items are carefully packaged against mishandling and/or damage in the U. S. mail.

You may return any item if I have misrepresented it or have not noted a major flaw. I must receive notification from you within 24 hours from the time you received it, which is on the tracking number of the delivery confirmation. You need to receive authorization from me before returning the item.

The item must be the same one sent at the time of purchase, and returned in the same condition as it was when shipped. All of my items have an invisible inventory number.

Items must be returned within 3 days of my authorization to return. It must be returned the same as sent: U. S. Postal Service first class mail with a delivery confirmation receipt, and the same quality of secure packaging.

Do not alter the item in any way if you are returning it. All items are clean at the time of packaging; do not attempt to clean or polish it in any way.

You will receive a refund less my original shipping costs. There is no restocking fee.
