One of my favorite ever pieces ! This necklace is a single multi strand (12 strands) with woven in flat designs. Entire necklace measures 30" but it is one solid piece - no clasp, making it a 15" drop from neck. The colors are a fabulous combination of black and white and a deep rust red. I say this is Art Deco - someone else says it is Native American. But you be the judge and the buyer - it is a vintage item from an estate.
