It measures 5" long x 4" wide x 3" high plus handle 3-1/4" for a total height of 6-1/4" high. The handle moves freely, can be adjusted to any position, and is a smooth silver tone finish. The basket is heavily decorated with beautifully detailed silver tone flowers, and is quite weighty.
