This is a very interesting mechanical pen probably given out as advertising for Olin Mathieson New Haven Conn (Ct.) It Says "Thank you for your suggestion" Olin Mathieson New Haven Conn. . It has 3 pieces of paper floating which say Idea and some gold colored tiny coin like circles which have a $ sign on each one. It is silver & gold colored metal and it measures just under 5-1/2". It is in good condition. No cracks or damage.
