Dried Flower Arrangement Brooch

A popular craft in the 1940-50's was to make tiny flower arrangements for use in jewelry. This is a very pretty one using dried flowers and a quill design in an oriental style frame. It measures 1-3/4 x 2" . There is a  name tag on the back - either the original owner or designer.(Gourlay). This is also a pendant !
