This medal is from an estate and is a service medal for Metropolitan Life Insurance Company. The medal is made by Tiffany & Co. and is signed on the back as well as Sterling. The bar at the top is also signed and is worded "Faithful Service". Overall size is 2-1/4". I believe this is from the 1930's.
