Item Description:
This is a lovely item from an estate with dual purposes ! First it is a beautiful floral engraved heart with a crown and fleur de lys on the top - pendant. (no chain included). The heart opens up to reveal a nice size compartment for pills or scents. On the back of the piece is part of a slide in clasp which was apparently made to use with a corresponding necklace or bracelet. It is signed "Tabby" patent pending and rather a unique item.
