Combination Bottle Opener/Spoon, Matz Olden Time Beer

This stainless steel item has a bottle opener at one end and a spoon at the other end for ??  It is incised with the following advertising: "Matz Olden Time Beer, Matz Brewing Co., Bellaire, Ohio and 1884 Golden Ale".  On the handle just below the bottle opener it appears to say "R & B, St. Paul, Minn."  It measures approximately 7" long and the spoon is 1 1/4" at the widest part.  It does show some age wear and inside the handle on the reverse side there are some rust spots.  I have not attempted to clean this, I am selling it "as found".  My research shows that the brewery was purchased for $1.00.  It was incorporated in 1936, Olden Time Beer was their Flagship Brand.  The brewery closed in 1953 and was demolished in 1960.
