This is a very nice Art Deco compact (or locket!) measuring 1-3/4 x 2-1/4". It has a shadow stripe design in Sterling and gold on the front and back and a monogram on the front "HVB". The inside is empty and written on the edge is 14K Gold Inlaid Sterling and a number 1150. There is a ring at the top for hanging. There is some very light surface wear but a good polish should clean it up beautifully. Most of our items are vintage unless we tell you otherwise. Therefore expect them to be in "Vintage" condition. We do not thoroughly clean our vintage jewelry, leaving that to the preferences of the buyer, but if there are any serious problems, flaws or noticeable repairs, we will note it in the description.
