Some of the most delicate filigree work I've ever seen on this beautiful locket. It is goldtone, 2" oval with filigree on both front and back. Woven into the filigree are tiny stars and "squiggles" - so delicate. At the bottom is a fringe of filigree charms. Inside room for 2 photos. There is glass over only one side. The chain is not original and is a newer addition although it matches well. The locket is easy to open and closes tightly. Nice solid hinge.
