Black Colonial Dress Lady Porcelain Brooch/Pin Pretty colonial dressed black lady with gold tone dress on a white porcelain background..surrounded by openwork in an oval shape..also could be a pendent for the back has a loop. This brooch is a decal probably from the 1960’s with a hint of darkened glue on the back. Size:2 1/8 x 1 ¾..In very good condition. Comes in a gift box with tissue.
