Victorian Wire Design Rhinestone Brooch

An unusual estate brooch featuring a mixed metal base - silver and brass. Wire design is layered atop a brass plaque and is accented with deep rose or ruby rhinestones. 4 of them surround a larger center stone.  This has the order c-lasp and long pin stem. There are several hallmarks and markings on the back. MH, the number 7 and what appears to be several dots and a number 13. This does have some wear on the back but doesn't affect the beauty of this delicate piece.
