Item Description:
This lovely pin was produced about 1950 by Margot de Taxco, a now famous Mexican artist whose name is well-known among collectors of  jewelry/costume jewelry.  It is enamel work over sterling and the predominant colors are "gold" and turquoise blue.    It is articulated, meaning  that the tail and the body of the fish move back and forth.   It is a truly beautiful piece of work.
