Vintage Green Composition Filigree Belt - Necklace

A unique item from an estate - I believe this is a belt featuring graduating sizes of square composition (not metal) links with filigree bead accents and pendaloque ends. In good condition and I wish I could tell you the material of the squares (they are blue/green, by the way) Not extremely heavy like stone would be, but finish seems to be enameled.
