Brass Stencil "Frank Hurd & Co, 2S, Cleveland, O."

This is an old unique mellowed brass stencil, used for marking crates, boxes, etc., possibly from the 19th century. It is in original condition, I have not cleaned it. It measures 6 3/4" wide x 3 1/4" high. It has a hole in the upper left corner, probably for hanging the stencil. I would consider it to be in very good vintage condition.
